Across Warwickshire we have two Jordans Farm Partnership Farms. Littleworth Farm and Ragley Home Farm both ensure they manage their farms for wildlife giving over at least 10% of their land to Wildlife. Hedges, field margins, meadows, woods, rivers and ponds can all be found on farms and help to provide essential habitats for wildlife to thrive. They also uphold the highest farming sustainability standards through LEAF

Unfortunately our farms in Warwickshire don’t have public footpaths. However, you can get out and about or explore your wild side by visiting your local trust, The Wildlife Trust for Warwickshire. You can find out all about the history of the local Trust and keep up to date with news and events!

If you’re lucky, at a Trust event you might be able to see some of the farmland species the farmers are helping with their farm wildlife habitat management such as hares, lapwings and barn owls. Why not use a spotting sheet to try and spot some farmland birds!
