These tasty little puddings are the perfect indulgent treat, made with Flame Raisin Country Crisp, Chocolate, Cream & Brandy…Er what’s not to love!

Put the broken pieces of chocolate into a bowl. Heat half the cream until almost boiling, then pour it over the chocolate and leave for 5 mins.

Stir well until melted and smooth , then leave to cool and thicken.

Whip the remaining cream in a chilled bowl until it holds its shape, then whisk in the rum or brandy.

Using the left over chocolate create chocolate curls by running a vegetable peeler along the longest length, (watch your fingers)

Share the Jordans Country Crisp Chocolate between two attractive serving glasses (for that profess touch). Spoon the colled chocolate and whipped cream mixtures into glasses. Decorate with the reserved chocolate curls. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Cook's Tips

  • Try using a dark chocolate that's flavoured with chilli for an extra kick.
  • Take the desserts out of the fridge about 10 minutes before serving, so they're not too cold.
  • You could use a coffee flavoured or mint liquer instead of rum or brandy if that takes your fancy.


  • 4 Tablespoons Jordans Flame Raisin Country Crisp
  • 100g (4oz) Plain Chocolate (broken into pieces, plus some for decorating)
  • 200ml (7fl oz) Double Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Rum or Brandy
