This baked oat breakfast is filled with warm fluffy oats and juicy summer berries.

Method

Mix the oats, yoghurt, egg & honey in an individual ovenproof dish until combined.

Fold in the raspberries leaving a couple to pop on top.

Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes (or until golden).

  • 40g Jordans Organic Porridge Oats
  • 100g Yoghurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 100g Raspberries
