1. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blitz, blitz and blitz until you can blitz no more, or until it’s smooth. Add extra milk if you like a thinner smoothie. Add more honey to taste.
2. Pour into 4 glasses, then serve.
Try using strawberry yogurt instead of natural yogurt.
Try using raspberries instead of strawberries. When they’re out of season use frozen ones instead – there’s no need to thaw them before blending.
