Strawberry &  Honey Breakfast Smoothie

Who wouldn’t want breakfast in a glass? Especially if that means you only need one hand to eat it. And with this recipe you only need your finger to make it. Chuck a banana, honey, Jordans muesli, yoghurt, milk and strawberries in a blender. Blend, pour, sip and you’re good to go.

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blitz, blitz and blitz until you can blitz no more, or until it’s smooth. Add extra milk if you like a thinner smoothie. Add more honey to taste.

2. Pour into 4 glasses, then serve.

Cook’s tips:

Try using strawberry yogurt instead of natural yogurt.

Try using raspberries instead of strawberries. When they’re out of season use frozen ones instead – there’s no need to thaw them before blending.


  • 100g (4oz) strawberries, roughly chopped
  • 100g (4oz) low fat natural yogurt
  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped
  • 100g (4oz) clear honey
  • 100g (4oz) Jordans Natural Muesli
  • 200ml (7fl oz) chilled skimmed milk
