Savoury Maple & Bacon Granola

This tasty savoury granola is the perfect snack alternative to crisps and nuts.  Best enjoyed with a glass of your favourite tipple.

Heat oven to 170c.

Cook bacon until crisp and allow to cool.

Add the maple syrup to the granola and stir gently until all of the granola is evenly coated.  Finely chop the bacon and add to the granola and syrup mix then stir in the garam masala and season to taste.

Spread onto a baking sheet and cook for approx. 5-7 mins.  Allow to cool (the mixture will crisp as it cools)


  • 200g Raisin & Almond Granola
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 Rashers of back bacon
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
