Our take on the peanut butter cup is packed full of wholesome muesli and topped with a rich, glossy dark chocolate ganache - and it can also be made suitable for vegans too with one quick switch.

For the peanut butter base:-

Melt the peanut butter & honey over a medium heat mixing until combined.  Add the muesli and mix until coated.

Divide the mixture evenly between 6 cake cases and press down firmly.  Cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours until firm.

For the ganache:-

Melt the dark chocolate & add the coconut milk.  Mix quickly and thoroughly until combined and you have a thick, glossy ganache.

Top the peanut butter bases with ganache and cool in the fridge to set.


  • 2 Tbsp Peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp Honey (or substitute for Agave Syrup for a vegan friendly option)
  • 4 Tbsp 4 Nut Muesli
  • 50g Dark chocolate
  • 1 Tbso Coconut milk
