This quick, easy and totally delicious cake in a cup can be whipped up and on the table in less than 5 minutes.

Blitz the oats in a blender to a flour.

Add all of the ingredients into a mug & mix thoroughly until combined.
Cover with clingfilm and heat in the microwave for around 50 seconds.

Turn out onto a plate and top with yoghurt, chocolate sauce and fresh cherries.


  • 30g Jordans Organic Porridge Oats (blended down to an oat flour)
  • 30ml Coconut milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 Tsp Cocoa powder


  • 1 Tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1 Tsp Chocolate sauce
  • Handful of cherries
