Chewy Raisin & Almond Granola Cookies

These Granola Cookies are sweet, chewy and crunchy all at the same time.  Packed full of wholesome oats and juicy raisins they're the perfect partner for a mug of your favourite brew.  After all, who can resist a freshly baked cookie...?

Melt butter in a large bowl and mix with sugar and brown sugar until dissolved.  Then add the egg & vanilla essence and thoroughly combine.

In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder & salt and add to the mixture.  Now add the granola and mix until a dough forms.

Finally roll the dough into balls and drop onto a lined baking sheet 2 inches apart.  Bake for 10-12 minutes at 170 degrees fan. (10 minutes for a chewy cookie and 12 minutes for a crunchy cookie)


  • 150g Raisin & Almond Granola
  • 245g Plain flour
  • 100g Caster sugar
  • 130g Soft brown sugar
  • 170g Butter (melted)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
