Whether it's breakfast, brunch or post-gym refuel, we've got it covered with this totally delectable banana pancake topped with our Super Fruity Granola, fresh fruit and a dollop of greek yogurt.
To make banana pancakes is super easy;
Mash the very ripe bananas with a fork until smooth, then whisk in the eggs and milk with your fork. Sieve and add the flour to the ingredients mix then whisk together to create a smooth batter.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan over a medium heat. Add 2-3 tbsp of the batter to the pan so the batter evenly covers the base and cook for a couple of minutes. Flip the pancake over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining batter, keeping the pancakes warm in a low oven.
Top your pancake with a generous dollop of greek yogurt, fresh fruit and a sprinkling of Super Fruity Granola.
