Apple, Raisin & Almond Crunch Pudding

This scrummy baked pudding is easy peasy lemon squeezy, (no lemons required, but you know what we mean), simply made by layering sliced apples with flaked almonds, grated marzipan and Jordans Crunchy Oat Granola Fruit and Nut.

1 Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan oven 160°C, Gas Mark 4. Use the butter to grease a deep baking dish

2 Arrange half the apple slices in the base of the dish and add 2 tablespoons of water. Scatter half the almonds, half the grated marzipan and half the Jordans Crunchy Oat Granola Fruit and Nut over the top. Repeat the layers

3 Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, custard or whatever takes your fancy....


Cook’s tips:

Slice the apples thinly so that they cook until tender. If you prefer, use 2 large baking apples instead.

Fancy a change? Use Jordans Crunchy Oat Granola Raisin and Almond instead of Fruit and Nut for a tasty raisin pudding.

If the marzipan is quite soft, chill it in the fridge before grating it.


  • 200g (7oz) Jordans Crunchy Oat Granola Fruit and Nut
  • 15g (1/2oz) Butter
  • 4 Eating apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 Tablespoons of water
  • 50g (2oz) Flaked Almonds
  • 250g (9oz) Marzipan, coarsley grated
  •  Serve with; whipped cream, ice cream, custard...whatever takes your fancy.
